Charlotte Prendergast

As Head of Learning, Charlotte leads on the delivery and strategic development of First Story's programmes across England. Her background is in educational leadership and teaching, focused on arts education and raising achievement interventions to promote educational equality and social mobility. During her 15 year career in education, she has led literacy initiatives in Ghana, Sudan and Jamaica. Charlotte is committed to building platforms for young, diverse voices to share their stories.
