Young Creatives Collective

31 March 2025 //  by First Story

The Young Creatives Collective is an exciting part of First Story’s new Young Creatives Programme, which will nurture progression opportunities for people interested in writing and other creative careers.

Members of the Collective will develop, lead and deliver a project that amplifies the voices of young people and platforms their work to the wider creative community. We’re keen to recruit members from different regions of England, and there will be opportunities to make new connections in the creative industries and support First Story events.

First Story Alumni (those who have previously completed First Story’s Young Writers Programme) aged 16-25, are invited to apply. Over the coming months, there will be fun and exciting opportunities to build skills in leadership, project development, collaboration and networking.

NOTE: If you are outside the 16-25 age range but would like to ask about applying, please contact rose.condo@firststory.org.uk for a quick chat!

Alumni wishing to apply should first download and read the Young Creatives Applicant Pack for full details of this exciting opportunity. Then, please complete the Application Form below.
