Luan Goldie

Luan Goldie is a Glasgow born novelist, short story writer and teacher from East London.  

Her debut, Nightingale Point, was longlisted for the Women’s Prize for Fiction and the RSL Ondaatje Prize. It was also a BBC Radio 2 summer book club pick. 

Her follow up novels, These Streets and Homecoming, were published by HarperCollins. 

In 2018 she won the Costa Short Story Award and her short stories have appeared in Stylist, HELLO! Magazine and the Sunday Express. She was also shortlisted for the London Short Story Prize and the Grazia/Orange First Chapter competition. In 2019 she was shortlisted for the H100 awards in the Publishing and Writing category.
