Kate Martin

Kate S. Martin is a high school English teacher and Young Adult author who lives in Cheshire with her husband, two sons and Jessie the miniature schnauzer. Her debut book Are you Okay, Elliot Hart? was published in March 2022 and explores challenging issues such as bullying and mental health. It has been shortlisted for many awards including the Cheshire Schools’ Book Awards. The sequel, What about You, Josh McBride? Is out in October 2023. Kate likes to tackle difficult topics in her stories whilst also providing empathy and hope.
